Return Policy

Clothing items are eligible for exchange ONLY. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery date of package. Refunds are not an option! All other merchandise to include white clothing and sale items are final sale.

Expedited Shipping (AVAILABLE BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2017): 2-3 business days

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3-7 business days

Store Pickup: This is available for anyone who wants to pick up their Queen Thoughts product. Only available for purchased items. Scheduled pickup dates and times will be confirmed via email. Store Pickup location is in New Orleans East.

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will be covered by the buyer and not Queen Thoughts.
