I am a writer, advocate, entrepreneur, professional organizer, consultant, and coach. I believe in the power of self-determination, unity, and positivity. I am dedicated to helping others, especially women, reach their goals in life and transforming into the best version of themselves.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, I have experienced countless failures, but instead of living in a state of bitterness, I chose to become and stay better until success sticks. Queen Thoughts is one way I choose to pass on the gift of self-empowerment to other women and connect those with a passion for growth and sisterhood. My desire is to assist others in maximizing their potential and bringing dreams into reality.
Whether those dreams are professional or personal, joy is the expression I have aimed to see with everyone I am connected to. As a writer, coach, and artist, I seek unconventional ways of getting things done. Furthermore, by refusing to believe being a jack of all trades means I have no gift the world desires, I have mastered the biggest trade in the world, self. I wasted a lot of time trying to find that one thing I could be great at instead of embracing the many things that make me great. An extremely fit body utilizes every organ and system to create a unique masterpiece. Let us help and support you be you and make uniqueness a gift again.

Queen Thoughts
Queen Thoughts is a movement created to help women live, think, and wear positivity. Established since 2011, Queen Thoughts believes there are many facets to being a woman and aims to build a sisterhood that crosses cultural borders and seeks to uplift, empower, educate, love, and fight for the rights of women.
We work every day to create initiatives and platforms that are thought provoking, stress relieving, trendsetting, motivational, challenging, and focused on the total woman because all women need a time to shine, rest, vent, cry, learn, share, create, grow, and let go.
Our aim is to inspire creativity, wellness, financial and intellectual growth, sisterhood, and positive imagery. Under the umbrella of Queen Thoughts, women will know it is okay to chase dreams, focus on family, become a CEO, start a business, become whole in mind, body, and spirit, support other women, go back to school, have doubts about motherhood, leave unhealthy, toxic, and selfish relationships, be classy because it is still sexy, and turn failures into valuable lessons.
If you have ever been told you are not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, thin enough, low enough, rich enough, hard enough, then Queen Thoughts will prove that theory wrong. The reality is, there will be broken women, hurt and abused souls, negativity seekers, and they absolutely will not want to change. This is not for them.
